Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Most orders are processed within one business day of purchase. Powell's Owls is closed on weekends and major holidays.

We primarily ship via USPS, but may use other carriers to deliver our orders, including but not limited to:

UPS
FedEx
DHL

ORDER TRACKING

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

SHIPPING RATES

We currently offer flat rates for shipping. At checkout, you will have the option to choose Standard or Express shipping. We also offer flat rate International shipping. From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions. These promotions will be clearly advertised on our site, and the shipping credit will be automatically applied to your order.

BACKORDERS

We do our best to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website. However, if an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping for the second shipment. In some cases, when we will know that we will be re-stocking soon, we will opt to ship your order a few days later when the additional items are back in stock.
